Shipping
We ship to
anywhere in the world.
For domestic customers in the United States, the normal shipping and
handling charge is $4.95 if the order is under $30, or else it's free. For
international customers, it's around $7.95 and usually takes 7-14 days.
However, additional shipping charges will be applied to extra large prints
and heavy tools due to their weight. Example of these items are as follow:
Return and Exchange
Shopping on the internet can be frustrating. What you see on the web may be different from what you receive. But do not despair, you can always return the product for an exchange or a full refund if you are not completely satisfied. All we ask is for you to do the following:
- The product must be returned within 15 days from the postmark's date.
- They must be in good, salable condition.
- Finally, send us an e-mail at
customerservice@papertoleusa.com, stating your reason
for the return or exchange.
